One huge enhancement over CRM that came with the release of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is that you can choose to subscribe to specific apps, based on your business needs. For example, if you just want to track the lead qualification process, you would only need to purchase the Sales app, but if you want to track products and inventory, you’re going to want the Field Service app.
