There are many reasons why customers continue to choose the xRM dedicated model of Microsoft Dynamics hosted by xRM over Microsoft Dynamics hosted by Microsoft. The main reasons are the performance of our dedicated and private cloud environments, our dedicated design and support teams, and the unprecedented access and control we provide.

There are a lot of customers out there that cannot or do not want to upgrade to the latest version of Microsoft Dynamics 365 at this time. At xRM, in addition to hosting Dynamics 365, we continue to have the following versions available:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015

We continue to offer three different licensing models which provides our customers with ultimate flexibility. Here they are:

  • Software as a Service (SaaS) - all licensing costs are included in the monthly recurring cost.
  • Host Only - you provide us with all the necessary licenses. This is the preferred enterprise model where your company is looking for a cloud deployment, has acquired perpetual licenses in the past via your Microsoft Enterprise Agreement and does not want to move over to the new Microsoft licensing model or the latest version. We can help.
  • Hybrid - Our hybrid option essentially allows us to slice and dice the SaaS model with the Host Only model to cater to your precise needs. An example would be you are a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016/2015/2013/2011 customer that purchased on-premises/perpetual licenses and have everything installed on-premises. You are now looking for a cloud model but do not want to upgrade. Furthermore, your business has grown and you need additional licenses which you can no longer purchase through Microsoft. We can help. Not only can we use your CRM licenses and leverage our host only model (lower cost because you are bringing us the licenses) for that, but we can also leverage our SaaS model to provide the additional users with a per user cost that includes the licenses for only those additional users.

With Microsoft there is only a shared model. With xRM you can take advantage of our dedicated models for greater access and visibility.

Our solution has always tested to be faster than the D365 offering by at least 20%. When coupled with our Content Delivery Network (CDN) option this becomes even more pronounced with speeds up to twice as fast outside the US.
