- Microsoft Dynamics CRM database size is 10GB per organization or 500MB per user, whichever is greater
- Additional disk space for CRM is available at $5 per month per additional GB
- On the "Plus One" offering customer may select between Exchange, SharePoint, and OCS
- OCS and/or BPOS offerings do not include telephony charges. Telephony charges are .01 per minute
- Onetime setup fees may apply (for 12 month commitments most setup fees are waived)
- Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers are $1 per number per month
- Faxing for existing OCS Enterprise users is an additional $1 per month and will include an additional DID
- Dedicated fax #'s not tied to a specific user will require another user license. So, if your sales department would like a dedicated fax # it would be an additional $25/month
- Only inbound faxing is supported on all fax services
- Dedicated environment required for CRM when customer woud like to install pluggins, ISV solutions, custom code, etc.
- Windows Mobile devices running Active Sync supported at no additional cost
