Microsoft CRM Online (formerly CRM Live) is a Microsoft-hosted Customer Relationship Manager solution that is delivered as a subscription-based service, very similar to our own Partner Hosted Model.

This type of On-Demand deployment reduces costs and overhead by eliminating the investment of time and resources, while also freeing you from the burden of maintaining a dedicated IT support team on-site. If you should choose a dedicated (on-premise) deployment in the future, know that unlike other Customer Relationship Manager solutions, CRM Online offers true power of choice by giving you the freedom to begin with a subscription-based model that allows easy and painless expansion to an on-premise model. Microsoft Dynamics CRM gives you the ability to adapt and grow your CRM solution as your business needs change!

Working from a hosted model provides you and your team with a high level of support that will be there when you need it. Because CRM Online is hosted in data centers operated/managed by Microsoft, you have the security of expertise backing your service subscription.
