CRM/xRM 101

xRM has introduced a CRM/xRM 101 training course to rapidly educate prospects and customers on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM/xRM capabilities and platform. The standard course is an intensive, hands on, two week training. Attendees will be provided with live POC environments and are expected to master the following skills during the two week course:

  • Configuring Business Units
  • Configuring Security
  • Configuring Users and Teams
  • Configuring Organizational Settings
  • Customization Overview
  • Customizing Forms and Views
  • Customizing Entities and Attributes
  • Customizing Relationships and Mappings
  • Renaming Entities and Translating Customizations
  • Introduction to Advanced Customizations
  • Modifying Reports

The environments provided to each student will be made available for an additional 30 days following the class. Additionally, the work completed can be backed up and restored when ready

The course serves as a great accelerator for prospects who are considering implementing a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution and/or customers who have already purchased Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
