Hosting Support

As an application hosting provider, xRM.com provides support to its hosted customers in two levels: Standard Support (at no extra charge), and Premier Support (covering billable requests). These are detailed below.

Standard Support

  • Organization additions or deletions
• Service Availability
  • Verify service availability
  • Respond to xRM.com service outages
  • Respond to xRM.com infrastructure outages

Premier Support

Premier Support covers all requests other than those covered by Standard Support. In general, these are the "how do I" and "can you do this for me" types of requests. We offer discounted rates for Premier Support when you purchase prepaid consulting time in 10-hour blocks. Please see Prepaid Consulting Time for discount information.
