What’s on the portal? The CRM Success Portal contains videos and resources designed to get you up and running faster through education. The videos are organized in steps leading the viewer through the necessary requisites to form a solid understanding and progress quickly. Microsoft CRM Online is a powerful tool that incorporates a configurable and extensible design. We believe education about the tool and its design philosophy is critical in your achieving the best software fit and rapid user adoption leading to increased productivity, rapid time to value, and rapid return on investment.

What else is there? We intend for the CRM Success Portal video library to cover everything you might need to know about CRM Online in order to be successful in using it. We include overviews of the major modules as well as detailed instructions on the use of individual functions.

Each user who watches one of the videos on the CRM Success Portal also receives a follow-up e-mail covering the same topic in text form to help reinforce the information in the video and aid in learning retention.
