With more than 350,000 customers worldwide, this third-party promotional service specializes in customizable e-mail marketing plans, online surveys, and event marketing tools. Real-time e-mail statistics allow users to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts, and adjust accordingly. These statistics display how many promotional e-mails were opened, thrown away, and the click-through rate to other links.
xRM has created a Constant Contact plug-in for Microsoft Dynamics CRM which is available to all our hosted customers and provides for our users. Once the Accounts, Contacts, and Leads Lists are created inside Microsoft Dynamics CRM, they are synchronized into the Constant Contact database without ever leaving CRM. Marketing and Campaign Lists can be used as a resource for upcoming marketing campaigns. Our integration of Constant Contact into CRM can be advantageous in helping businesses save time and optimize customer relationships.
