Hybrid Microsoft CRM

The Hybrid CRM model is a combination of the On-Premise CRM model and the Hosted CRM model. It allows companies to create unique deployment models that meet their business requirements.

One example of a hybrid CRM deployment would be a company that has special security requirements that cannot be met in a hosted model, but yet they would still like to consume the services via a subscriber based model, i.e., they do not want buy the licenses. In this case, the company could have the database reside inside their firewall, but still pay for the consumption of the licenses through subscriber access licenses. Another example would be if you already have the Microsoft CRM licenses, i.e., maybe you purchased them via your Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, but no longer want to have the solution deployed in-house and are looking to leverage a cloud solution. In this case you could provide the licenses to a CRM hosting company and pay them a host only fee which does not include a charge for the license.

xRM is committed to working with customers to educate them on the Power of Choice and to help them find the best model, whether a hybrid CRM solution, an On-Premise CRM solution or a Hosted CRM solution.
