Management Team
Lance McLean founded xRM.com in 1997 and is the Managing Member. He is responsible for the “all-up performance” of the company, finding the “x” factor, and bringing his energy and business philosophy to our team. Our standard is 100% accountability and we honor everything we do. Because of that, xRM.com aspires to attain 100% customer satisfaction, which is reflected in the continuing growth of both our customer gallery and our own personnel roster. Lance maintains strategic relationships with other Microsoft partners, independent software vendors, and industry leaders. In addition, Lance is directly responsible for the sales department, overseeing sales personnel and handling selected accounts himself.
Desigan Reddi is the Chief Technology Officer. He started at xRM in 2004 and brings 15 years of experience in advanced infrastructure and hosted solutions. Desigan is responsible for the technology strategy of the company and maintains a very close relationship with the product team at Microsoft.
Yan Sun is the Chief Operating Officer. Being with xRM since its inception, Yan has developed our internal processes, and continues to foster our customer and vendor relationships. She is also responsible for the management of human resources, and for the financial results of the firm.
Michael Tao is the Director of Technology Services. He joined xRM in 2004. Michael is responsible for the delivery of xRM.com services. He works closely with clients, prospects, and partner vendors to provide a comprehensive services solution. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and holds multiple Microsoft certifications.
Thaveshan Reddi is the Director of Development Services. Born and raised on Visual Studio, Thaveshan manages a team of .NET developers responsible for our xRM business. He has been developing applications for over 15 years, and is currently focused on developing new solutions based on Microsoft technologies and the Microsoft.NET Framework.
Kiet Huynh is the Director of Infrastructure. He began his IT Support and Management career in 1994 and joined xRM.com in 2008. Kiet oversees our data center operations is responsible for hardware uptime. He also manages the xRM.com Support Team. Kiet holds multiple certifications including ASE, CCNE, CISSP, and MCSE4.
Owen Scott is the Chief information Officer. As CIO, He is responsible for the internal procedures, best practices, infrastructure documentation, and business-process documentation around the strategic initiatives of our entire organization. Owen is a functional and industry expert with awareness of the Microsoft technology stack and its integration into complex business solutions. He also performs Project Management for internal and external IT projects, leading to on-time, on-budget, and on-spec completion. Owen is a great communicator, making him the perfect “trusted advisor” who lubricates and facilitates effective and productive communication and action between all parties.
Matthew Nathan is the Director of Digital Marketing. He's an experienced marketing professional with an in-depth knowledge of the strategic, technical, and creative aspects of content creation, website design, and digital marketing, Matthew oversees contributing writers, artists, and web designers to ensure consistent, high-quality, informative, and entertaining content throughout the entire bulk of public-facing company messaging.
